Courtman Enterprises LLC is a Connecticut-based historic roofing restoration company founded and led by Phillip Courtman. We specialize in natural slate, custom copper fabrication, and flat roof systems on historic churches, institutional campuses, and significant residential properties.

We work on the buildings most contractors won’t touch — Gothic Revival churches, National Register campuses, Yale University properties — because we have the skills, the knowledge, and the discipline that this work demands.

We are familiar with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and have completed projects directly for preservation organizations, institutions, and property owners across Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and New York.
